Leave a Note For the Janitor

Did you ever wish that you could send the Janitors a quick note before they show up to clean?  We Designed this service just for those occasions.  Its fast, easy and we can usually accommodate you the same night as long as the note is sent before 3:00pm Pacific Time.  In order to use this service we need to lay down some ground rules.

Ground Rules:

 1. Please Let us know the second that something does not look right.  Please do not wait. Our main goal is to provide the best quality service, and we cannot do that without feedback from you, should something go wrong.  We need the ability to track what crew was on the account and when, therefore the sooner you tell us the happier you will be.

2. Please be specific.  Never assume we know what you mean. When we show up it is usually after dark and the office looks very different to us than it does to you. You spend at least 8 hours a day in your office so certain things may seem obvious to you, but they are not always so obvious to us, so the more specific you can be the better we are able to help you.

3.  Please read our policy page to understand how we operate. Policy page button is located upper right corner of this web page.  The Policies Page describes the rules that we enforce with our employees on how they are to handle your office. These rules exist to limit your exposure to risk and our liability. If something does not seem right, please read the policy page first before contacting us. You may find the answer to your question. It is our goal to please our clients, but it is also our goal to keep them safe and well protected as well.

4. All Notes must be submitted before 3:00pm if you want something done the same night. You may submit notes 24 hrs a day, however any notes submitted after 3:00pm will be handled the next day, or night of service depending upon your service plan.

5. Remember to LABEL your TRASH that is not in a trash can.
